Heres how it works

  1. Set up your Hello Inspections account to receive payments.

  2. Sell a pre-purchase report through the app. You set the price.

  3. You send the direct link to agent or customer. Or customer goes to helloreports.com.au and searches property address.

  4. Customer purchases report and you get paid!

We also generate new leads

If a customer searches an address where there is no report available, we present them a list of building consultants they can engage with. If your profile is there, you will gain more leads!

What about the inspection agreement?

The customer must download and agree to the inspection agreement before purchasing the report.

What price should i set for the reports?

It’s totally up to you. You can set the price to any amount, and change it at any time.

what are the fees?

There is a tiny transaction fee: 1.75% + 30c for Australian credit cards and 2.9% + 30c for overseas cards.

We also may add a platform fee in the future, and we’ll let you know when that happens.

How will customers find the reports?

You can send a direct link from the app to real estate agents or customers. We also have an extensive marketing campaign which will make customers aware of the system.

Is this feature only available to Hello Inspections users?

Yes.

Won’t this mean inspectors get more money, and more work if they want it?
